Monash University offers international leadership scholarships to learn any of the courses (except Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or Master of Business Administration) for pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Scholarships offer 100% course fees, paid until the minimum number of points for the degree are completed. Applicants must maintain a distinction average (70% or above) each semester. Six scholarships are available. Applications from students from all countries are invited and countries with strategic priorities for Monash will be given preference.

  • Students in Monash Pathway programs (e.g. Monash College and Monash University Foundation Year)
  • Students transferring from another Monash campus or applying to Monash from another Australian University
  • Students studying Australian Year 12 (Students studying Australian Year 12 may be eligible for the Monash International Scholarship for Excellence)

Developing Solutions Masters Scholarships for Developing Countries in Malaysia


University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus is offering masters scholarships for students of developing countries in the field of science, technology and education. 15 awards of 100% tuition fee scholarships are available for students from the developing and third world countries registering for taught Masters programmes. Current students and graduates of UNMC will not be considered for this scholarship as to give new students an opportunity. Application for September intake must reach by 9 August 2013 and for December intake by 8 November 2013.

Google Journalism Fellowship,USA

About the Scholarship
The program is aimed at undergraduate, graduate and journalism students interested in using technology to tell stories in new and dynamic ways. The Fellows will get the opportunity to spend the summer contributing to a variety of organizations -- from those that are steeped in investigative journalism to those working for press freedom around the world and to those that are helping the industry figure out its future in the digital age.

There will be a focus on data driven journalism, online free expression and rethinking the business of journalism. The 10-week long Fellowship will open with a week at the Knight Foundation and end with a week at Google, split between Google News and YouTube.

Benefits: Fellows will receive a stipend of $7,500 USD for 10 weeks during the summer of 2013 (June-August) and a travel budget of $1,000 USD.

Requirements

  1. Demonstrated or stated commitment to journalism - especially in the fields of data driven journalism or freedom of expression online

Regents Undergraduate Scholarships in USA

About the Scholarship
The Regents Undergraduate Scholarships are  targeted to students with outstanding academic records and personal achievement are considered for Regents Scholarships, UC's most prestigious scholarship award. Regents Scholarships may be either honorary or need-based.

Requirements
Regents Scholarships are awarded to entering freshmen for up to four years. In addition the application's assessment is based on academic records and personal achievement  of the applicants.
